Welcome back for Day 2! Forecast: Brainstorm!

Yesterday, we talked about creating creative guidelines for yourself. That way you create a behavior todo more things that you love and enjoy.

For Day 2, I have a question for you. What are your creative dreams?

These dreams can be anything: becoming a teacher, mastering yoga, painting a 15ft mural, collecting figurines, developing the perfect island on animal crossing, organizing a bake-sale for a charity, or writing a book. See? There are so many creative ways to dream and that’s just a few of them!

“But I don’t have time to do all those things”

Nope nope nopetitty nope. That’s just an excuse you tell yourself, and that excuse ends today.

We all have 24 hours in a day. It’s up to you how you spend them.

I’m not saying that to make you feel bad. I get it, my freshman year I was taking 17 credits, working part-time, and running around participating in clubs. Life get’s busy.

Making time is something I still struggle with, especially now in a pandemic where I start my day exhausted from all the monotony of zoom calls from the day before. But something that has helped me, is setting aside 10 - 20 minutes to pursue something creative.

Saying you’re going to set aside time to do something is easy enough, but it’s hard once you get there if you don’t have any ideas.

And that takes us to today’s creative challenge!

Take 10 minutes (put a timer on your phone) and dump all the creative ideas you have and are interested in achieving. Don’t worry, they don’t have to be realistic ;)

Remember your imagination is your biggest source of inspiration, so don’t be afraid to put down “stupid and unrealistic” ideas like painting a poodle or filling a swimming pool with slime. BONUS: reply to this email or dm us on IG or Facebook with your creative ideas. We’d love to hear what you come up with and potentially share them with others. Who knows, you may inspire someone to do something crazy.

Like always, we'd love to hear from you and see what you come up with so don't be afraid to reach out! See you tomorrow, Bre & Ariel. P.S If you made it this far, you'll be excited to learn that if you participate in all 4 days this week and fill out this daily google form you will be entered into a raffle to win some sweet prizes!

P.S.S If you’ve enjoyed this first ‘challenge’, it would make us so super duper happy if you shared us with your friends.
